Once you choose your training environment, you’ll select the level of coaching support that fits your current needs. All sessions are 60 minutes.
Full In-Person Coaching
Weekly in-person sessions(1-3x per week)

Hybrid Coaching
In-person sessions 1–2x per month + structured ongoing support

A balance of independence and guidance. Designed for clients building autonomy while still benefiting from periodic in-person check-ins for technique, progression, and recalibration.
Coaching support is not one-directional. As your life, confidence, and capacity evolve, your coaching can evolve with you. Clients move between Full In-Person and Hybrid support depending on the season they’re in. When greater independence feels aligned, there’s a clear path forward without ever losing structure or support.
