What’s the difference between Virtual Training and Online Coaching?

1

Virtual Training includes live, 1:1 60-minute Zoom sessions with real-time coaching, form feedback, and accountability.

Online Coaching is a more self-directed model with structured programming, ongoing feedback, and Zoom check-in calls depending on your path.

Clients can also add live virtual sessions as needed for additional support.

Both options are personalized—the difference is how much live coaching you want built in.

How do I know which path is right for me?

2

Your path is based on how much support you want right now, not your fitness level or where you “should” be.

During your consultation, we’ll assess how your body feels, your goals, and your current capacity—then recommend the path that best supports your season of life. Your path can evolve as you do.

What happens during the consultation?

3

The consultation is a collaborative conversation. We’ll discuss how your body feels, your goals, your lifestyle, and your current capacity to determine whether coaching is the right next step and which path best supports you.

How does billing work?

4

All coaching is billed on a 4-week subscription model with automatic payments for consistency and simplicity.

You’ll receive clear billing terms upfront so everything is transparent from the start.

Can I change or cancel my coaching?

5

Yes. Clients may make changes or cancel by providing notice before the next billing cycle.

This allows us to keep programming and support intentional and organized.

Do you offer refunds?

Because coaching involves personalized programming and ongoing support, refunds are not offered once a billing cycle begins.

Clear expectations and alignment are established during the consultation to ensure coaching is the right fit before you commit.

6

Do you train clients at a gym?

7

No. Infalible Fit is a home concierge and virtual coaching experience.

All in-person sessions take place in your home or private space, and virtual coaching is available from anywhere.

What areas do you serve for in-person training?

8

Home concierge training is available in select areas. Availability is confirmed during your consultation.

What are your in-person training rates?

9

In-person rates vary based on frequency, location, and support level.

Specific pricing is shared during the consultation once we determine the best path and training environment for you.

Is this program customized to me?

Yes. Every client receives intentional programming based on their body, goals, equipment access, and lifestyle. No templates. No cookie-cutter plans.

10

Is this coaching for beginners or advanced clients?

11

Both. Coaching is based on support needs, not labels like beginner or advanced.

What if I’m new to strength training or coming back after time off?

12

That’s exactly what the Foundation Path is designed for. You don’t need experience—you need structure, guidance, and support that meets you where you are.

What equipment do I need?

That depends on your path and training environment. Programs are designed around what you already have, with recommendations made only when they truly support your goals.

13

Is this a good fit if I want rapid results?

14

If you’re looking for shortcuts or rapid transformations, this is not the right fit.

If you want sustainable strength, confidence, and long-term progress that supports real life, this ecosystem is designed for you.

Do you work with LGBTQ+ and allies?

15

Yes. Infalible Fit is proudly lesbian-owned and intentionally inclusive.

Clients are supported as their whole selves, with coaching that honors identity, lived experience, and long-term well-being.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready yet?

16

Clarity often comes through conversation. If coaching isn’t the right fit right now, you’ll leave the consultation with direction—not pressure.
