Mac & Cheese (Instant Pot Option)
Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 ½ cups water
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Add macaroni, water, & salt to the Instant Pot.
Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Quick-release pressure.
Stir in butter, cheese, & milk until creamy. Adjust with more milk if needed.
Season with salt & pepper and serve.
