Mac & Cheese (Instant Pot Option)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni

  • 2 ½ cups water

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Add macaroni, water, & salt to the Instant Pot.

  2. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Quick-release pressure.

  3. Stir in butter, cheese, & milk until creamy. Adjust with more milk if needed.

  4. Season with salt & pepper and serve.
