Chicken Stir-Fry (Air Fryer Option)

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly

  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (or fresh bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp ginger (optional)

  • Cooked rice or noodles

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  1. Toss chicken & veggies with soy sauce and ginger.

  2. Place mixture in air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  3. Serve over rice or noodles.
