Chicken Stir-Fry (Air Fryer Option)
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (or fresh bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger (optional)
Cooked rice or noodles
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Toss chicken & veggies with soy sauce and ginger.
Place mixture in air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Why it’s great
Customizable with any veggies or protein (swap chicken for tofu or beef).
High in protein & fiber for a filling meal.
Use quinoa instead of rice for a healthier option.
