SCHEDULING AND SESSION USE POLICY: We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your training sessions. Our goal is to keep you on track with your fitness goals while maintaining a sustainable and efficient schedule. To help us achieve this, we've outlined our makeup session policy below.
Client's Responsibility:
It is the Client’s responsibility to track their sessions, including scheduling, attendance, and the completion of any makeup sessions within the allowed timeframes.
Expiration of sessions:
Makeup sessions must be completed by the end of the following calendar month. Any unused sessions will expire after that point.
For example: If a session in May is rescheduled, it must be completed by the end of June. It cannot be rescheduled in July.
This policy helps maintain accountability and ensures you stay on track with the training program you committed to. It also reinforces the results-driven structure I was hired to support.
Makeup Session Policy:
Eligibility:
Clients are eligible for makeup sessions if they cancel and reschedule before the 24-hour cancellation window. Makeup sessions must also be completed within the designated timeframe specified in the policy (i.e., within the current or following calendar month, depending on the session frequency).
Scheduling:
Clients are responsible for rescheduling their sessions. The Client must manage their schedule and promptly reschedule sessions as needed. While the Coach will make efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, any sessions not rescheduled within the appropriate timeframe will be forfeited.
Vacation Policy:
Extended Vacation (2 Weeks or More):
Clients who go on vacation for two weeks or more are eligible to make up the missed sessions over a two-month period from the start date of their vacation. Clients must notify the Coach in advance to arrange these makeup sessions.
Virtual Sessions:
Alternative to In-Person Sessions:
If in-person makeup sessions are not feasible, Clients may request a virtual session. Clients may also opt for virtual sessions while on vacation to stay on track with their training and reduce the need for makeup sessions later. Clients must coordinate with the Coach to ensure they have the necessary equipment and environment for a successful virtual session.
