When should you workout? When EXACTLY is the best time?

I get asked all the time: "When is it the best time for me to hit the gym?!" 

My reply is always: "Whenever it is most convenient for you." There's no magic time of the day, it really is all about understanding your schedule and flexibility. Not everyone is an early riser, or a night owl. Although I do have to say the best times to go are usually early morning, or late evening when it's less crowded. 

Everyone has a different schedule, levels of flexibility as well as energy. According to this article on the best times to workout  - conveniency and personal preference will most likely get you into the gym, even on the days when you don't feel like it.
