I've touched on how you can improve your posture - but what if I told you there are some quick stretches you can do if you're in a rush or are short on time?
Everyone knows that pain and tension throughout your body from sitting all day is a bad combo, it is critical to get some stretches in even if you are running low on time.
For most people, their job involves sitting all day in an office which can lead to muscle pain and breathing problems as outlined in this article. This is a pain you definitely don't want, especially if you plan on sitting at a desk in the next few years. If you're one of the unlucky ones who don't have a standing desk, I do have a solution for you!
This quick desk routine is designed to ensure your body gets adequate activity throughout the day. It really only takes a few minutes, but doing it often will promote increased blood flow to your muscles as well as ensure they are getting the movement they need.
