You probably don't notice the way you sit, or the way you slouch your back or shoulders when you're out and about during the day. But did you know this bad habit will lead to back pain? What's worse than waking up on a Monday morning, going to work and the first thing you feel when sitting down is that sharp ache in your back from years of bad posture? I can't think of something worse...
Today I'm going to focus on posture. My clients tell me all the time about their aches and how their body hurts after sitting in a weird position, but the two most common issues that come up are: back pain & bad posture, but I do have a solution that's a quick remedy!
Hint: It doesn't require me hounding you to sit up straight every time I catch you slouching.
