REQUIREMENTS

B.1. Proficiency in basic dumbbell, barbell, and/or kettlebell movements.

You will need to be familiar with performing exercise movements such as the Squat,

Lunge, Chin-up, and Row with a barbell, dumbbell, and/or kettlebell.

Additionally, those primarily focused on Strength Training are required to be proficient in the Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press using both Barbell and Dumbbell.
