The consultation and trial sessions are free and will give you a feel of how we will work together. The consultation is used to talk about your goals and to determine your current fitness level. Your goals and current fitness level will serve as a baseline to properly build a customized workout for the 1-hour trial session.
This a personalized program with a focus on weight loss, nutrition management, and technique & form development through a team effort. Weight loss is done through resistance, cardiovascular training and/or boxing. Nutrition management includes a personalized nutritional plan and supplemental advice. If in the local area, we can work in the comfort of your home/work gym.
ONLINE COACHING - 12 WEEK PROGRAM
Can't train in person? The same services are provided online. Online coaching is a 12-week personalized program that is tracked through an interactive app. It will contain the workout program with workout videos to help develop technique and form. We'll track all progress and results such as weekly weigh-ins, reps/sets, assessments, etc. This also includes a monthly 30-Minute video call, nutrition management with a personalized plan, and supplemental advice.
